As long as you are willing to live at 50 degrees North, you are much better off than if you lived at the same latitude in Frankfurt, Prague, Warsaw, Kiev, Hatgal in Mongolia, Tulihe in China, Smoky Falls in Ontario or even Winnipeg. Only London compares in mildness to Brussels’climate.
